Delete your DriveFinch account

Having an account in DriveFinch is optional. If you created one, you can delete your account and the data linked to it in either of the ways below. App: DriveFinch (com.drivefinch.app), by Orilay Ltd (Orilay Studio).

1. In the app

Open Settings > Account > Delete account and confirm. For accounts created with email and password you enter your password; for accounts created with Google or Facebook, confirming is enough.

2. By email

Write to [email protected] from the email address on the account and ask us to delete your DriveFinch account. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, your email address, your sign-in method and, for email accounts, your password hash. After you request deletion, the account is held for 30 days and then permanently erased; it cannot be restored. Your lesson progress and practice results are not stored on our server, only on your device; uninstalling the app removes them.
